Payment Issues

Raise a Ticket with Razorpay

File Download Issues

If your payment was successful but you did not receive the project file or the download link is not working, please contact us directly. Make sure to include the following details in your email:

  • Your Name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Project Name
  • Razorpay Payment ID (if available)
  • UTR Number (Unique Transaction Reference)
  • Date of Purchase

We will verify your purchase and send you a new download link as soon as possible.
